We believe that the milk receiving unit is essential for a customer who buys raw material from external suppliers as it allows them to check the exact quantity unloaded from the tanker truck.
The unit can be manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic; it is pre-assembled on a free-standing stainless steel skid to allow easy and quick installation by the customer as well as ensuring that any hygiene and sanitary regulations are complied with.
The suction from the tanker truck is ensured by the vacuum generated by a special device followed by a flow meter for an accurate measurement of the unloaded product. This is made possible by the elimination of the air in the product through the carefully designed deaeration unit in order to allow gentle treatment of the milk. If required, a heat exchanger can be combined to cool the milk down to 4°C.
The unit is completed with a stainless steel electrical cabinet, HMI touch panel user interface with the option of recording the detected parameters and label printer with the essential data of the unloaded product batch.
