The ultra clean or aseptic tank provides safe storage between the heat treatment and packaging stages ensuring that product loss is minimal.
Fraugroup Aseptic tank can be a stand-alone unit or integrated into the line, fully automated and offering safe buffer storage of a variety of products. A number of optional extras, including agitator, tank cooling, which improve the final quality of the product, may be added upon request.
The tank is kept under constant sterile air overpressure by a special air preparation and management unit, which guarantees the maximum degree of sterility and safe handling. Alternatively, depending on the type of stored product, we can also offer that the overpressure is kept by means of nitrogen produced by a special generator.
